About HonestInterest

HonestInterest started with a simple observation: the biggest comparison sites all rank the same cards, for the same people, in the same order — and the order suspiciously matches the affiliate payouts.

We do it differently:

• We started with an underserved audience — newcomers to the US who need honest answers about ITIN acceptance, not another "best travel cards" listicle.
• We maintain data, not just articles. Our ITIN acceptance table is re-verified monthly. Stale information is worse than no information in finance.
• We disclose everything. Every commercial relationship is listed on our disclosure page. If a ranking can't be defended on the merits, it doesn't ship.

How the ITIN table is maintained

Each month we re-check every issuer's application flow and documentation, update the verification date on each row, and log changes in the page changelog. The table's source data lives in a version-controlled database, so every historical claim is auditable.
